The room was well decorated, and the location in the heart of Heraklion was perfect. The hotel is situated in a quiet area next to the main shopping street and the center of Heraklion. It was a very relaxing stay, and we even received complimentary ironing, which was a nice bonus.

The setting was marvellous. I had easy check-in.

The location of the hotel is perfect, within walking distance to the seaside, old town, cafes, restaurants, and shops. The staff at the hotel were exceptionally helpful and amazing. The apartment had a nice interior and provided a relaxing vacation experience. The free ironing service was a nice bonus. Having a bathtub in the room was great. The availability of a washing machine and elevator was very convenient.

No complains at all, did not want to leave there.

It was perfect place for visiting most Heraklion attractions.

The location was perfect, just a 2-minute walk from the city center, and the staff were friendly and provided us with helpful recommendations.

The only thing that could have improved the breakfast selection was having more variety in terms of hot meal options.

We had a great stay at Chanion One Suites By Good Life. The location was perfect, with plenty of restaurants and brunch places within a short walk. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities we needed, including a fully equipped kitchen and a washing machine. The quiet atmosphere allowed us to relax and enjoy our time in Heraklion. The coffee machine with plenty of capsules was a big plus, and the Wi-fi worked well. we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

While our stay was mostly positive, there were a few minor drawbacks. The AC unit in the living room didn't cool the bedroom adequately, making it a bit warm during the August heat.
